Hillgrove Hotel Terms and Conditions


All offers are correct at time of going to print. Offers are subject to availability and can be changed without notice at the Managers discretion.
Offers are not valid Bank Holiday Weekends or Christmas and New Years, unless otherwise stated.
No booking is confirmed until Hotel receives your deposit.
To confirm a booking, a non refundable deposit is required per room. Strictly no exceptions. Non-deposited rooms will be held for 3 days max and then they will be automatically released.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
When numbers drop on group bookings, price will have to be reviewed. On Murder Mystery, CSI and Faulty Towers Packages a minimum of 20 persons is required.
Should these numbers drop, surcharges will apply.
If people request a specific room (i.e. New Wing or specific room number), there is a charge of E20 per booking

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required should you wish to alter or cancel your reservation. Failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a cancellation charge equal to one nights stay.
Please note all deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. A non arrival without cancellation will automatically be charged the cost of the 1st nights stay.Group Cancellation deposits cannot be offset against others bills.

Please make an appointment to avoid disappointment.
Please ensure to be in Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment If you are late for your Spa appointment, the time will be deducted from your treatment Cancellation Policy: At least 72 hours notice should be given if you wish to alter or cancel your appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee if the treatment is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to booking. If an appointment is not cancelled, or is cancelled on the day of the booking, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
When booking a €40 Spa Special, please ensure to state this when booking, so you receive the discount.
When using Mud Rasul you are advised not to wear jewellery and please wear dark swimwear as mud may stain.


Here at the Hillgrove Hotel, we pride ourselves in our customer care and standards of services and facilities. We are proud to state that we rarely receive complaints, however, when we do, we take them on board and try to rectify problems. Our bedrooms are all furnished with comment cards.
