On behalf of the 100 people who attended our annual weekend break at your hotel and our regional staff, I want to say a big thank you, sincerely, for the success of this weekend. We have had lots of positive feedback from our clients, their partners/spouses and family members with regard to the comfortable spacious rooms, the accessible leisure facilities and the beautiful food that was tastefully and consistently presented to them over the weekend.
However, the most outstanding feedback we received was the total professionalism of the Hillgrove staff who were to a person, friendly, courteous and attentive to the general and specific needs of our participants over the weekend. Staff went out of their way to make participants feel welcome and all requests were dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
The staff of the Hillgrove should be very proud of the service you are providing to the public. You all work well as a team and provide an overall experience in the hotel that is both pleasant and charming. The experience for all was relaxing, therapeutic and really good craic!!

The facilities, IT and otherwise were fantastic and a credit to the hard work of your staff, the event went off seamlessly.

I have been staying in The Hillgrove for about two years now, twice every week, and I thought it was about time I let you know how fantastic the hotel and its staff are. I never fail to receive a friendly smile and chat from all the girls at reception, dinner and breakfast is also fantastic.
Nothing I ask for is ever refused! Free WIFI + if I ever need anything printed or faxed I know I'll never have a problem!!
I'm on the road for 3 years now as a rep and I never received such a welcome as I did last Tuesday, a friendly girl (Sorry didn't get name) checked me in, offered me evening newspaper, offered wake-up call and filled me in on all the happening in the hotel!
I face such rude people on my travels so I like to give praise when its due! Bistro food and leisure club also fantastic.

To whom it concerns I had the pleasure of staying in the Hillgrove Hotel this week at a Seminar and really enjoyed it. Just like to let you know the accommodation very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful, not to mention the fabulous Spa centre, just what I needed after a day in class..
