The facilities at the exclusive
Living Well Leisure Club includes, Swimming Pool, Feature
Pool, Kids Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna, Outdoor Hot Tub,
Gym and Aerobics Studio. With many ‘little luxury extras’
such as poolside relaxation area with heated loungers, spacious
changing rooms with tvs and modern and secure lockers, family
changing rooms and swim suit dyers. Living Well Leisure have
thought of everything, even a fresh towel is supplied per
visit (gold members only). In addition to this, the gym, using
‘Life Fitness’ equipment boasts the modern facility
‘cardio theatre’ and no, it is not a medical operating
room, it is indeed an entertainment system built into each
piece of cardiovascular equipment. This allows the user to
control his or her own tv, radio and sky channels. For customer
convenience there is also a crèche, coffee dock, hair
salon and nail bar in the facility, so again, everything available
under one roof.
On joining, each silver member
is given complimentary guest passes to bring their friends
along and each gold member is treated to a ‘welcome
pack’ which includes a towel, headphones, wet bag, swimming
cap and a t-shirt. Membership rates vary, offering discounts
for students and over 55’s, including excellent family
packages. Offering Silver and Gold, peak and off peak memberships,
there is something to cater for everyone’s needs.

Having
extensively researched the needs and expectations of the people
of Monaghan and indeed Hotel Guests, Ann Devlin (Leisure Manager)
and her team have discovered that a good variety of classes
is high on the list of priorities for leisure members. Their
most impressive variety of classes includes everything from
‘challenging’ Spin to gentle exercise classes
for the over 55’s. With over 20 different types of class
available weekly, you are sure to find several to meet your
needs. Amongst this impressive list are, Pilates, Spin, Aqua
Aerobics, Yoga, Cardio Kick, Golden Years, Express Circuits,
Ab Blast, BLT, 20/20/20 and Team Hillgrove Walk/Run. Not to
mention the very popular Fit Kids and Parent & Toddler
Classes. Also available are a variety of adult and children’s
swimming lessons. During research in the Monaghan area, it
was also discovered that ‘timing’ is important
to many people, with increasingly hectic schedules. Every
effort has been made to facilitate everyone, with some classes
starting at 7am, to cater for those wishing to be in the office
early! There are regular seminars on nutrition and health
to aid members on their road to fitness. |

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SPECIAL NEEDS PATRONS
The Hillgrove Hotel Leisure Club have recently installed one of
strongest pool lifts available on the market. The lift itself is
portable and light-weight, and the sturdy, stainless-steel construction
supports up to 400lbs. The lift may be used to accommodate patrons
into the pool or jacuzzi. The club also offers excellent disabled
changing facilities. There is always a member of staff on hand to
assist you.
