You,
our customers and function organisers, are our greatest judges.
Please see a few things you have said about us. Word of Mouth
is very important to us!
On
behalf of the Rebab Foundation, I want to thank you very
sincerely for your support in organising Friday nights
Annual Rehab People of the Year Awards Dinner / Presentation.
It was as always a joy and a privilege to work with your
staff in the Hillgrove Hotel - the facilities were outstanding
and the attention to detail was meticulous. the service
and the quality of the meal were outstanding and commented
upon by many people. Once again, thank you for everything
on the night. Everyone seems in agreement, it was the
best yet.

Still
tired from the event, but have to say out of nearly 700
patrons there on the night we did not have one complaint.
From myself and the rest of the gang we would like to
compliment you on the service and meal. It was a wonderful
night and all in Trillick will remember it. It was a pleasure
working with you and look forward to meeting you again.

On
behalf of the Ulster Irish Dance Teachers Association
I would like to sincerely thank you and indeed all the
staff of the Hillgrove Hotel for all your hard work during
our Irish Dancing Feis, 31st January - 1st February 2009.
We, as an association, were thrilled with the facilities
provided by yourself, the food and refreshments provided
were excellent I would like to especially like to thank
you for the outstanding meal provided on Saturday night,
all our guests really enjoyed it and passed on excellent
comments on the high standard of food and the excellent
waiting staff, it was lovely to be able to have the private
area for our meal. We found the function rooms excellent
and ideal for our requirements. The room was set out perfectly
and spotless, the staff at the early hour of the morning
setting up were very helpful. I really have no complaints
at all. All the staff, from reception, night porters,
security, management, every one was excellent. Taking
into account that you were not fully aware of what you
were taking on, we all felt that you did a fantastic Job,
I hope your first experience of the Ulster Irish Dance
Teachers Association has not put you off!
Paschal and myself will be in contact with you very shortly
to discuss booking for next year it will probably be the
same dates, we would be delighted if you would have us
back. Would you be good enough to pass on our sincere
thanks to your staff. Thank you
Karen Mc Mahon, Ulster Irish Dance Teachers Association.

We
had over 700 people there and we as a committee knew we
had done our work and hopefully we could pull it off on
the night. Kimberley assured me on Friday that she and the
team could pull the meal off no problem with those numbers.
Did she? She was amazing!! No fuss just total organisation
from start to finish and the food excellent. She is sharp
when she needs to be but you can work with her no problem.
She is a credit to herself and your hotel. We all went back
to the hotel yesterday for our lunch and we got the same
again, good service and good food. Kimberley was there helping
someone else with their big day. Their day was in good hands!!
Thank you Kimberley, Well done Hillgrove!!

Just
to say thanks, congratulations and well done on a magnificent
night on Saturday. I have never heard so many really positive
comments in the immediate aftermath of our annual get
together. You all did a great job and but for your input
and expertise it would not have been the occasion it most
certainly was. Again many thanks.
