Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check in time is from 3pm
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is 12 noon. Late checkouts are available upon request until 1pm, but are subject to availability. A surcharge of €20 applies.
Q: Does your hotel offer car parking?
A: Yes, we offer free carparking onsite on the hotel grounds
Q: Does the hotel offer WiFi?
A: Yes, free wifi is available for all guests.
Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 7am-10am and Saturday-Sunday from 8am-10.30am
Q: Do you have leisure facilities?
A: The Fitness Club at Hillgrove Hotel has a swimming pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, Gym & Outdoor Hot Tub. As well as a great choice of classes.
Q: Do you have entertainment in the hotel at the weekends?
A: We have music from 10pm – 1am every Saturday night in our main bar
Q: I have food allergies, do you cater for these?
A: We offer a breakdown of allergans on our menu’s. Any specific requirements should be forwarded to the hotel prior to arrival. At breakfast we also have a dedicated Gluten free section.
Q: Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
A: Yes we provide hairdryers.
Q: Is there tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?

A: The hotel provides a supply of Irons and Ironing Boards on request.
Q: What facilities do you offer for Families?
A: We offer a selection of Family Rooms, catering for up to 2 Adults and 3 Kids, with Interconnecting rooms also available. We have a cinema room, indoor play rooms , Outdoor Playground, and kids pool. During Mid Term breaks and Summer, we also offer 7 hours of complimentary kids club daily.
Q: Can I use The Spa at Hillgrove Hotel?
A: Our spa is open to both residents and non-residents, and will incur a surcharge for items booked. We are more than happy to book on your behalf, please contact Reservations directly.
