When Aaron and I first went to the Hillgrove for an amazing package deal – we immediately booked our wedding after breakfast!! The most magical and best day of our lives ♥️ A huge thank you to all your staff! The most pleasant and fun staff. You all work so hard.
Our ceremony room, drinks reception and reception was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Just perfect 😍
A massive thank you to Mary and Enda! You both kept me calm the night be for and morning of. Haha I was so overwhelmed! Anything I asked for there was never a problem. Mary you kept everything flowing and running smoothly on the day! You and the staff outdone yourselves!!
Our food was outstanding! Hats off to the chef! We have never had a bad meal any time we stay here. And I knew the food was going to be amazing!
We spent the whole weekend here and didn’t want to leave! Already talking about when we are going again!!

We had our wedding in the Hillgrove Hotel and it was amazing. I couldn’t say enough good things about our wedding coordinator Mary. She was fantastic from the very first meeting and nothing was too much trouble. As well as being excellent at her job she is a genuinely lovely person and made the whole process so easy and had everything covered on the day which took away any stress for us and meant we could enjoy it properly. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spotless and very spacious and the bridal suite was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it and all of our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed their meal. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and everything ran so smoothly and went exactly how we wanted it thanks to Mary and her team. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Hillgrove Hotel to other couples considering it as their wedding venue.
We had our wedding on the last Saturday in September and it was amazing. We would definitely recommend the Hillgrove. Firstly our wedding coordinator Mary was fantastic and made the whole process very easy. She was very helpful with anything we needed and had everything covered on the day down to the smallest of things. The venue itself is lovely and could not be faulted. The food was fantastic and people are still saying to us how much they enjoyed it. All in all it was everything we had hoped it to be and Mary made the whole experience very stress free.

We got married here in November. We dealt with Mary and Enda. Mary was our original wedding coordinator and worked very closely with us in our initial planning stages. Mary is so committed to her job and nothing was ever too much hassle. Mary was always available for a chat or always on the other side of the phone. Enda took over our plans in the last leg of our planning and was a wee gent, again nothing was ever to much trouble for him and was only ever a phone call away. My husband and I could not recommend this hotel enough. Their personal manner and friendly personalities all paid dividends, as we really did have the most amazing day of our lives. A 5-star service and a top class hotel.
We had our wedding in this hotel on the 28th December! If your thinking about booking do it!! Mary the wedding co-ordinator is an absolute wee gem! Nothing was ever too much hassle including my one million emails! The whole planning process was a breeze with Mary we left boxes of supplies in the hotel the night before and Mary had all perfectly laid out for our arrival. She was there to greet us on arrival and ensure that our day ran smooth! Mary ensured that we kept to our timescale for the day and therefore allowed us to enjoy the evening party of our wedding! The food was absolutely top class! Our guests are still raving about the food and the fantastic service which was provided on the day! The champagne breakfast the next day was more than enjoyable!
